Feeling much better!

After a few nights of good sleep and taking it easy, I feel so much better!  I think I have finally kicked whatever bug I was fighting.  I ran with T and Caitlin today for a slow 2 miles, and it was nice.  Next week I am going to try and kick it up a notch or two.  Last night I did the 20 minute yoga video, and it was great.  I hope to do it again tonight.  I hope you all are doing great!
