Reasons why I need to start doing push-ups again

1.  To be able to open pickle (jelly, etc.) by myself.  (I took the comic from Cranky Fitness.)  2. To be able to go bowling without having to only use the 6 pound ball and feeling like my arm is going to fall off during the second game.  and 3. To be able to remove the gas cylinder regulator by myself when at work!  I am sick of always having to find someone else.  (I've attached a picture of said gas cylinder regulator.)  I've also attached a picture of some super-scary-but-awesome warning labels on one of the new chemicals I will be using for a synthesis.  It's the little things in life that make me happy.

I canceled our run this morning.  With the wind chill it was in the upper 30s/lower 40s, I felt like staying in my warm bed.  Also, I really did not sleep well at all, and I was just plain exhausted.  I plan to do a run tomorrow (or tonight if I do not tutor) as well as Saturday.  Now back to my Starbucks to help me wake up and stay warm.
