Yummy Pumpkin Green Monster!

This morning I made a super delicious green monster (GM) smoothie!  I used a banana, some vanilla yogurt, a third of a can of pumpkin, cinnamon, a tiny bit of nutmeg, spinach, and a little milk.  Oh and a little sweetener.  It is sooooooo good! (Of course I do have a bit of an obsession for food containing pumpkin.)  This one also has an awesome green color!  I will definitely be making this flavor again very soon. ***I just realized I forgot to add flax.  Oops!***

Also, good luck to all of those running The Third Annual 26.2 with Donna The National Marathon To Finish Breast Cancer today!!!!  I will officially be running that in just less than a year now!  I am so excited!  What a wonderful cause!

Last night I was looking through ExerciseTV and found an ab work-out called "Bridal ABsession".  It was only a 10 minute work-out, so out of curiosity I tried it.  Believe it or not, the entire work-out was new to me.  Sure I've always done some other variation of each work-out, but I had not done the exact moves that were done in the video.  I followed that up with my favorite PM Yoga work-out called "Zen in the Den".  I am still feeling pretty sore from my run on Friday.  In fact quite sore.  I'm thinking I will stick to yoga today and do a run tomorrow.  Of course it looks like it is going to rain tomorrow, which means I'll be running inside.  Bleh.  I'll have to think about this.
